Alternative Tasting Vocabulary
We understand that the formal tasting notes hold their place in the world, most of the time they add to the whole tasting experience. However, we have been so excited by initial reactions from our customers that we have decided to start documenting the words that stand out. Sometimes when our wine enthusiasts try our wines... they have a very exciting one word initial repsonse.
