Winemaker’s notes: Deep and dense, this is a mouth- filling wine loaded with chewy black cherry and dark plum aromas and flavors wrapped around spice and smokey accents. On the palate, the wine is rich and balanced with a long rich finish. Drinkable now, this wine will nevertheless mature gracefully over the next 5 to 7 years as the generous tannins soften.
