“Balanced” is the definitive word for our Sangiovese. All the flavors in this wine come together in perfect order. Extended aging in dominantly French oak barrels help the wine achieve a complexity of flavors in perfect harmony with the character of the grape.

The 2004 Sangiovese is by far our most popular vintage of Sangiovese. This wine's cherry intensity has given way to hints of vanilla and butterscotch. Very diverse flavors hit mid palate in this lighter italian style wine. This is one of our favorite wines, and it continues to suprise us every time we open a bottle.
