The Syrah is intense and dark hued, with layers of vibrant black cherry and chocolate, with earthy fruit flavors and a well rounded taste. This wine keeps a tight focus on the fruit and finishes with a firm wall of tannins.

The 2003 Syrah has aged into a very delicate and sophisticated wine. The vibrant earth and cherry layers have rounded out to more subtle and elegant flavors.

60% New Oak 30% Used Oak
Aged in predominately French Oak, with some American and Russian.
