This wine has brilliant purple-red color. Great clarity for a non-filtered wine, benefiting from careful racking. Rich,harmonious and spicy, with supple, plush texture. Vibrant and balanced, with flavors of dark cherries, currants, plums, blackberries, toasty oak and vanilla. Lingering lively finish with smooth, ripe, fine-grain tannins.

The 2002 Cabernet was our inagural vintage. As the years pass, this wine still sets a benchmark with its structure and flavor. We are happy to present you our inagural vintage.

Aged in French and American Oak for 18 months.
