2004 Pianetta Estate Bottled Cabernet

A well focused wine on a core of ripe, concentrated fruit, with a medley of currant, blackberry and wild berry flavors. Flavors run deep and are long and persistent on the finish. Colors are intense with blends of purple and crimson.

Aged in French, American, and Russian Oak barrels for 18 months.
69% New Oak 31% Used Oak

This wine has aged well in our library.  The fruit is still apparent on the pallate, however the acids have become mellow and smooth.
